Our Story
Family Owned & Operated for 40 Years
For over 40 years, the Badding family has been growing quality produce and plants for the North Buffalo community. What began in the 1970s as Arlene Badding selling extra vegetables from her garden to support her eight children and neighbors has grown into Badding Farm Market as it exists today. That small hobby, and a way to help pay college tuition, quickly became a lifelong passion for her son, Mike Badding. Through hard work and long hours, the family business has continued to flourish.
From a roadside farm stand to a full-scale garden center, customer service has always come first. Badding Farm offers fresh, sustainable produce, unique plants, and a relaxed, welcoming place to shop. Despite years of growth, most annuals and perennials are still grown on-site by the Badding family.
The garden center features annuals, perennials, gardening supplies, pottery, fountains, and statuary. Summer and fall bring homegrown fruits and vegetables, while autumn is filled with pumpkins, mums, popcorn, and cider. During the holidays, the greenhouse transforms with fresh-cut Christmas trees, wreaths, poinsettias, and seasonal centerpieces.
Each season from April through December offers something new. Stop in and meet the third-generation owners, Mike & Anna Badding, and their family!
