Any hard good returns will be credited in the form of a physical gift card. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If product is deemed damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail with photos for credit to be made to the original form of payment.

All plant material is non-returnable; damaged plant material will be reshipped once confirmed.
